BYD Company Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 3.098 per share for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2023, with shareholders set to receive payments on 29 July 2024. The dividend for Hong Kong shareholders will be paid in HKD at a rate of 3.40609 per share, following the shareholders’ approval on 06 June 2024. Taxation on dividends will vary, with a 10% rate for non-resident enterprises and varying rates for investors involved in Southbound and Northbound Trading.
