BYD Company Limited has announced a temporary closure of its register of members from November 1 to November 5, 2024, to determine eligibility for attending its upcoming EGM. During this period, no transfers of H Shares will be processed, and shareholders must ensure their documents are registered by October 31 to participate. This meeting will address key proposals, including the adoption of the 2024 ESOP and amendments to the company’s Articles of Association.
