BWR Exploration Inc. has postponed its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders, originally scheduled for May 21, 2024, to May 30, 2024, to be conducted virtually. Shareholders can cast their votes until May 28 and previously submitted proxies remain valid. The decision to adjourn aims to facilitate greater shareholder participation and the meeting can be accessed online via Microsoft Teams.
