BWP Trust, through its management entity BWP Management Limited, has initiated compulsory acquisition of Newmark Property REIT after its successful takeover bid. The legal move, following the provisions of the Corporations Act, includes notices sent to Newmark Property REIT’s security holders. The action solidifies BWP Trust’s position in the property market by securing total control over Newmark Property REIT.
