BWP Trust has reported a significant increase in its annual financial results, with revenue rising 10.3% and profit soaring by 391.2% for the fiscal year ended 30 June 2024. The company has seen a notable turnaround with gains in fair value of investment properties, contrasting the previous year’s losses. Investors have been informed of a final distribution payment scheduled for 28 August 2024, with the Distribution Reinvestment Plan reinstated for this payout.
