BWP Management’s Takeover of Newmark REIT Unconditional

Newmark Property REIT (AU:NPR) has released an update.

BWP Management Limited has successfully met all conditions for its off-market takeover bid for all securities in Newmark Property REIT, with the offer now being unconditional. Notably, the minimum acceptance, regulatory approvals, and other pre-specified conditions have been fulfilled or waived, and BWP’s voting power in Newmark Property REIT stands at 82.92% as of 16 April 2024. The company also retains the right to extend the offer period, in accordance with the Corporations Act.
