BWP Management Limited has successfully met all conditions for its off-market takeover offer for Newmark Property REIT, clearing the way for the acquisition. This move comes after satisfying regulatory approvals and waiving certain conditions, demonstrating BWP’s commitment to the takeover. As of April 3, 2024, BWP has secured a significant 72.62% voting power in Newmark Property REIT.
