Buxton Resources Limited has launched a capital raise initiative on May 30, 2024, with a goal to secure approximately A$3.5 million through a placement and Share Purchase Plan (SPP), backed notably by significant shareholder IGO Ltd, which now holds a 19.9% stake. The funds are earmarked for furthering exploration activities at key projects, including Narryer, Graphite Bull, Centurion, & Matrix Manganese. This financial move aims to bolster Buxton’s pursuit of discovering and developing critical minerals.
