Buxton Resources Limited has announced that IGO Ltd has acquired a 51% stake in the Copper Wolf Project, forming a joint venture (JV) with Buxton on a 51/49 basis. IGO has the option to increase their interest to 70% by spending an additional A$5.35M on exploration. The Copper Wolf Project, located in a copper-rich region of Arizona and unexplored since the 1990s, shows potential for significant copper-molybdenum mineralization.
