Butn Limited Director Increases Shareholding

Butn Limited (AU:BTN) has released an update.

In a recent development, Butn Limited has reported a change in Director Rael Ross’s interest, where Ross acquired an additional 1,057,692 ordinary fully paid shares through a rights offer, taking his indirect holdings to 39,100,706 shares. The transaction, valued at $55,000, adjusts Ross’s total interest in the company, which also includes 96,450 directly held shares and 1,300,000 unlisted options.
