Butn Limited has successfully completed its fully underwritten Retail Entitlement Offer, raising approximately $0.4 million through the issuance of over 8 million new shares at $0.052 each. The unsubscribed portion, representing roughly 72.9 million shares, will be managed by the underwriter, Unified Capital Partners. The new shares are expected to be issued by May 16, 2024, with trading projected to start the following day.
