Bushveld Minerals Limited has successfully negotiated with Southern Point Resources Fund to consider the previously owed US$12.5 million as settled through equivalent loans offered to Vanchem, a Bushveld subsidiary. This agreement simplifies the financial arrangements without requiring South African Reserve Bank approval and is deemed fair by the company’s board, in consultation with their nominated adviser.
