Bushveld Minerals Limited is facing potential production setbacks due to delays in securing additional funding from SPR and finalizing the Orion 2024 Financing Package. These delays have led to Vanchem’s imminent production ramp down and Vametco’s struggle to procure critical spares for sustainable production. If the funding and agreements are not settled promptly, Bushveld Minerals may need to suspend trading of its shares as it would be unable to publish its accounts on time.
