Burlington Stores (BURL) has provided an update.
Jeffrey Laub, the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Burlington Stores, Inc., is set to retire on May 3, 2024. Laub will step down from his role on April 27, 2024, paving the way for Stephen Ferroni to take over the position. Ferroni, with a history at Burlington Stores since 2007 and a previous role as Vice President of Corporate Accounting, will assume his new responsibilities as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer on April 28, 2024.
