Bunzl plc has announced the repurchase of 139,865 of its ordinary shares on September 26, 2024, at an average price of £35.7258 per share, with the intention to cancel these shares. Following the transaction, the company will have 337,716,200 ordinary shares in issue, reflecting the total voting rights. Since initiating the share buyback program, Bunzl has acquired 632,082 shares at an average price of 3,572.58 pence each.
