Bunker Hill Mining’s Directors Re-Elected, Plans Approved

Bunker Hill Mining (TSE:BNKR) has released an update.

Bunker Hill Mining Corp. successfully re-elected six director nominees and received stockholder approval for key proposals, including ratifying MNP LLP as auditor, adopting an amended stock unit plan, renewing the stock option plan, and endorsing executive officer compensation, during its annual general meeting. The company also acknowledged Cassandra Joseph’s contributions as she did not stand for re-election. These approvals are part of Bunker Hill’s strategy to sustainably develop its mining assets, starting with the Bunker Hill Mine.
