Bumble Board Changes: Morgan Exits, Brand Appointed

Bumble (BMBL) has provided an update.

Jennifer B. Morgan has stepped down from Bumble Inc.’s Board of Directors, effective July 30, 2024, due to her new role as CEO of UKG, with no disagreements prompting her departure. Subsequently, Martin Brand, previously a non-voting observer from Blackstone, has been appointed to the Board starting August 1, 2024, and will serve until the 2025 annual meeting, though he will not be on any committees and will forgo compensation for this role. Brand’s appointment comes without any conflicts of interest or familial ties to the company’s executives.
