Bullion Gold Resources Corp. has successfully completed a private placement, issuing 4.6 million units at $0.04 to $0.05 each, totaling $187,000 in proceeds intended primarily for their Bodo project exploration and general corporate purposes. The transaction included insider participation and a finder’s fee, with all securities subject to a four-month hold period.
