Bulletin Resources Limited is set to raise A$293,613 through a fully underwritten non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer, with an issue price of A$0.003 per option, exercisable at A$0.10 by July 2027. The proceeds from the Rights Issue are aimed to fund the exploration of various projects including the Ravensthorpe Lithium Project and for general working capital. The offer is available exclusively to shareholders in Australia and New Zealand, with certain shareholders outside these regions deemed ineligible to participate.
