Bulletin Resources Limited has announced a change in the holdings of director Robert Martin, as required by the ASX listing rules. Martin’s indirect interest through entities in which he has a beneficial interest saw a disposal of 12,357,272 listed options due to expiry, with no additional securities acquired. Post-change, Martin maintains a substantial holding of over 70 million shares and various option interests in the company.
