Bulletin Resources Limited has launched a fully underwritten non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise A$293,613 by offering Loyalty Options to eligible shareholders, with the primary goal of funding exploration activities. The offer gives shareholders the right to purchase one Loyalty Option for every three shares owned at $0.003 each, with the Loyalty Options exercisable at $0.10 until July 2027. The majority of the proceeds will support the company’s existing projects, with a portion allocated to cover the offer’s costs and provide working capital.
