Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited successfully conducted its 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, presided over by Chairman Mr. Koh Poh Tiong and attended by board members, the CEO, and other key personnel. All resolutions at the meeting were voted on by a poll, in line with the Singapore Exchange Trading Securities Limited’s Listing Rules, with Agile 8 Solutions Pte. Ltd overseeing the process. Shareholders had the option to appoint the Chairman as their proxy for voting, ensuring their participation in the decision-making.
