Build King Updates Executive Compensation Policies

Build King Holdings Limited’s Remuneration Committee, responsible for overseeing director and employee compensation policies, has updated its terms of reference. With a majority of independent non-executive directors, the committee meets biannually to manage director and senior management remuneration and performance evaluations. It reports directly to the Board of Directors and holds the authority to engage or dismiss compensation consultants for executive assessments.
