Compania de Minas Buenaventura SAA has announced that its General Shareholders’ Meeting, held on July 12, 2024, concluded with the majority approval for two key agenda items. The ratified resolutions included an amendment to the Company’s Bylaws and the confirmation of two board members to fulfill the Board of Directors as per the company’s regulations.
