BTQ Technologies Corp. has announced a delay in filing its audited annual financial statements and interim financial reports for 2023 and the first quarter of 2024, respectively, due to the auditor requiring more time to complete the audit. The company now expects to submit the annual filings by May 24, 2024, and the interim filings by May 29, 2024. There have been no material changes since the original default announcement or any new specified defaults, and the company is not subject to insolvency proceedings.
