BT Group plc has announced that as of June 28, 2024, the company’s capital includes 9,968,127,681 ordinary shares, with 9,953,597,700 of these being voting rights due to the holding of treasury shares. Shareholders may use this total voting rights figure to assess if they need to disclose changes in their stake per regulatory requirements.
