Bryah Resources Ltd. (AU:BYH) has released an update.
Bryah Resources Ltd. has successfully completed a placement, raising $407,000 by issuing over 67 million shares at $0.006 each, to be used for advancing exploration of manganese and copper assets in the Bryah Basin. Investors in the placement also received options exercisable at $0.012 until July 2027. The funds will support the company’s strategic focus on energy metals and further development of its prospective projects in Western Australia.
