Bryah Resources Ltd. has secured $407,000 through a placement to sophisticated investors and received a $350,667 R&D tax rebate, aiming to advance exploration at its manganese and copper assets in the Bryah Basin. The placement involves issuing over 67 million shares at $0.006 each, including options, to fund studies and regulatory permitting for its projects. The funds will also support general working capital and exploration of VMS copper deposits.
