Brooks Macdonald Group PLC has announced the grant of options under its Save As You Earn (SAYE) Scheme to 119 employees, allowing them to subscribe for 63,603 ordinary shares at a discounted exercise price of £14.62. This price is 20% below the mid-market closing price as of the day before the offer, with the option available for exercise starting June 2027. The SAYE Scheme is part of the company’s efforts to incentivize and reward its employees.
