Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P. has announced a new fixed dividend rate for its Class A Preference Shares, Series 3, which will be effective from August 2024 to July 2029, with an annual rate of 6.519%. Shareholders have the option to convert these shares into Series 4 Shares, which offer quarterly floating rate dividends based on the Government of Canada treasury bills. The company, a key player in the renewable power and sustainable solutions market, emphasizes that the Toronto Stock Exchange has conditionally approved the listing of the Series 4 Shares upon conversion.
