At Brookdale Senior Living Inc.’s Annual Meeting on June 18, 2024, stockholders elected eight directors to serve for one year and approved executive compensation, the appointment of Ernst & Young as auditors, and the 2024 Omnibus Incentive Plan. Guy P. Sansone and Marcus E. Bromley retired from the Board, with Denise W. Warren appointed as the Non-Executive Chairman. The company emphasized that the retirements were not due to any disagreements on operations or policies.
