Brooge Energy Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting set for September 2, 2024, inviting shareholders to attend and vote on key resolutions, including the ratification of prior actions by directors and the appointment of new directors. The meeting will also cover any other business that may arise, and shareholders are encouraged to vote in advance via internet, phone, or mail.
