Brixton Metals Corporation has announced an agreement granting Eldorado Gold the option to acquire full ownership of the Atlin Goldfields Project. Over five years, Eldorado will fund significant exploration expenditures and make yearly cash payments to Brixton, with an additional sum payable upon exercising the acquisition option. Brixton will operate the project during this period and retain a net smelter return royalty after the potential sale.
