Britvic plc has successfully repurchased 34,293 of its ordinary shares as a part of its ongoing share buyback program, with prices ranging from 957 to 978 pence per share, and intends to cancel these shares. Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc facilitated the transactions, which occurred on various trading venues on June 20, 2024, with a volume weighted average price of 966.12 pence per share.
