Britvic plc has announced that as of June 30, 2024, its issued share capital consists of 248,906,262 ordinary shares with one vote each, none of which are held in treasury. The company maintains a Level 1 ADS programme on the OTCQX market, with these ADSs included in the total share count. Shareholders can use this total figure to assess their notification requirements for changes in shareholding interests.
