British Smaller Companies VCT PLC has announced an unaudited net asset value of 83.50 pence per ordinary share as of 30 June 2024, following a 2.0 pence per share interim dividend paid on 26 July 2024. The company, alongside British Smaller Companies VCT2 plc, is set to launch a new combined offer for subscription for the 2024-25 tax year, with details to be released in an upcoming prospectus.
