The British Land Company PLC has awarded conditional Performance Share Awards to its Executive Directors and PDMRs as part of its Long-Term Incentive Plan, with shares vesting on the third anniversary based on specific performance conditions. Bhavesh Mistry, the outgoing CFO, did not receive an award. The performance conditions for vesting include Total Accounting Return, Total Property Return, and Environmental, Social, Governance measures, with a two-year holding period post-vesting for Executive Directors.
