British American Tobacco Insider Shares Transfer

British American Tobacco (BTI) has released an update.

British American Tobacco p.l.c. has announced that James Barrett, the Director of Business Development, has transferred 10,682 ordinary shares between his own accounts without any consideration involved. The transaction was executed outside of a trading venue on April 15, 2024, as per the initial notification. This internal share transfer could be of interest to shareholders monitoring insider activity in the company.
