British American Tobacco (GB:BATS) has released an update.
British American Tobacco PLC has disclosed a transaction involving Chief Executive Tadeu Marroco and a closely associated person, Luciana Franco Do Amaral, who jointly acquired 227 ordinary shares at a price of £28.38371625 each, for a total of £6,443.10. The acquisition, resulting from the reinvestment of dividend income, took place on the London Stock Exchange on August 8, 2024.
