Bristow Group Expands Fleet with Strategic Financial Move

The latest announcement is out from Bristow Group (VTOL).

On June 12, 2024, Bristow Leasing Limited secured a Facilities Agreement involving loans up to EUR 100 million from a consortium of lenders to finance the acquisition of five new AgustaWestland AW189 aircraft for search and rescue services. These aircraft will support a contract with the Irish Coast Guard. The loans, guaranteed by Bristow Group Inc. and others, are structured with flexible repayment terms and are secured against the aircraft and additional collateral, with interest pegged to the Euro Interbank Offered Rate plus a margin.
