Brinker International (EAT) just unveiled an announcement.
Joseph G. Taylor is set to retire as the Executive VP and CFO of Brinker International, staying on in an advisory capacity until August 2024. Michaela M. Ware will succeed him, bringing her finance expertise within the company to the role, with a new salary and benefits package that includes a sizeable bonus and equity-based awards. Additionally, Chris Caldwell has been appointed as the new Senior VP and Chief Information Officer, coming from a significant technology role at Yum! Brands.
