Brightstar Resources Limited (AU:BTR) has released an update.
Brightstar Resources Limited has issued an Initial Director’s Interest Notice for new director Mr. Ashley Mark Fraser, appointed on May 31, 2024. Mr. Fraser has a significant holding in the company with 3,073,999 shares obtained through an off-market takeover of Linden Gold Alliance Limited, and an indirect interest through Blue Capital Equities and his son totaling 139,349,999 shares. Additionally, an agreement may result in Brightstar issuing further shares to the LBM Sellers, including BCE, or paying cash if certain milestones are met and shareholder approval is granted.
