Brightstar Resources Limited has announced the issue of a variety of unquoted equity securities, including 13.8 million unquoted options exercisable at no cost, over 4.2 million at $0.023 each, and a substantial number of performance rights across four classes, all with different exercise prices and expirations ranging up to June 2029. The securities are part of a transaction previously announced and are not intended to be quoted on the ASX.
