Brightstar Resources Limited has announced the removal of certain defeating conditions in its off-market takeover bid for Linden Gold Alliance Limited, moving closer to solidifying the acquisition. After successfully pouring first gold at the Menzies Gold Project and generating $6.5M in profits, Brightstar aims to leverage the strategic position of its assets in the Eastern Goldfields to become a leading gold producer. The acquisition will enhance Brightstar’s portfolio with a significant Mineral Resource, further supported by its existing gold processing plant and infrastructure.
