Brightstar Resources Limited has announced that director Gregory Bittar ceased his directorship on May 31, 2024, following a previous notice on March 5, 2024. Bittar holds no registered securities in the company, but through Gernie Invts Pty Ltd, where he is a director and beneficiary, he has an interest in 10,425,155 ordinary fully paid shares. There were no disclosed interests in contracts at the time of his departure.
