Brightstar Resources Limited has successfully closed its off-market takeover of Linden Gold Alliance Limited, acquiring over 96% of Linden’s shares and options, and will finalize the share and option consideration by June 20, 2024. The company also announced board changes, appointing three new directors, as it begins the compulsory acquisition process for the remaining Linden securities.
