Bridgemarq Announces Board Election Results

Bridgemarq Real Estate Services, Inc. (TSE:BRE) has released an update.

Bridgemarq Real Estate Services Inc. has announced successful election results for their board of directors during the annual meeting, with four directors elected by restricted voting shareholders and two re-appointed by the owner of Exchangeable Units. Shareholders also overwhelmingly approved Deloitte LLP as the external auditors for the upcoming year. Bridgemarq, a major service provider to real estate brokers in Canada, continues to strengthen its leadership as it operates under well-known brands like Royal LePage and Via Capitale.
