In a significant development for Bridge SaaS Limited, 006 Capital Pty Ltd and its sole shareholder Lachlan Dykes have emerged as substantial shareholders, collectively holding an 8.60% interest in the company. This stake comprises 17,197,264 ordinary shares, with 75,000 of these directly attributable to Lachlan Dykes. The acquisition of these shares, totaling a consideration of over $335,000, was completed through a series of transactions leading up to and on the date they became substantial shareholders.
