The options are tied to performance goals related to EBITDA and shareholder returns, with stringent vesting conditions extending from April 2024 to March 2027. The management team, including the CEO and CFO, received substantial allocations, reflecting the company’s commitment to aligning management’s interests with those of its shareholders.
