Shareholders approved the appointment of Kingston Ross Pasnak LLP as independent auditors, set the number of directors at four, and authorized unallocated stock options until 2027. Bri-Chem continues to strengthen its market position through strategic acquisitions and organic growth, servicing the industry from multiple warehouses across Canada and the US.
